The new data Privacy law (GPPR) will come into force tomorrow and we have been reviewing our internal processes and policies to safeguard our data and ensure compliance with the new regulations.
Our new Privacy Notice and Data Protection Policy are found here. These documents explain what data we collect, hold and share and the reasons for this. Please take a few minutes to read and understand and should you have any queries please contact our Data Protection Officer by emailing DPO@wsgfl.org.uk .
As part of the process we are updating our Consent information for all pupils. Simplified, updated versions of the Pupil Consent Form and Acceptable Use Policy are attached here and work alongside the Privacy Notice. Parents and carers are asked to please complete and return these two forms to your centre no later than Friday 8th June.
