Pancake Competition

We’re holding a Pancake Competition, open to staff and students, in anticipation of Pancake Day next week!

See the pancake poster attached for more details about how to get involved, and how to take part in the Extreme Challenge if you’re brave enough!! Completed entry forms (click here) should be sent to avallone@wsapc.co.uk by Monday 22nd February.

Here’s a brief recipe-

100g plain flour

2 eggs

300ml milk

Butter or oil for frying

Whisk flour eggs milk together. Leave for 30 mins.

Melt 1tblsp oil or butter in a frying pan.

Pour a small amount of batter into the pan to cover the base.

Cook for 1 min each side until golden.

Keep warm in foil or on a plate.
